Starting from this program, the form is derived from the most recognizable shape associated with dwelling: a pentagonal volume with a gable roof. By extruding this geometric shape in a single direction, a shell that encloses the living spaces is formed.

On the lower levels, the sales office and administrative units are framed within a transparent envelope, allowing them to integrate with the street and the green area organized in the garden, thus establishing a seamless connection between the interior and the exterior.
